Frequently Asked Questions

Can I cancel?

Absolutely. We ask Founding Circle members to stay with us for the first three months, after which you may cancel anytime. We hope you'll love being part of the community, but we understand that seasons of life change.

Because Founding Circle membership is a special introductory opportunity, Founding Circle pricing and benefits are reserved for active members. If you cancel and decide to return later, you'll be welcome to rejoin at the membership level and pricing available at that time.

Can I change sweet/salty?

Absolutely! Each month you'll have the opportunity to choose whether you'd like the Sweet or Salty design. If we don't hear from you by the monthly deadline, we'll simply send your previous month's selection (including your size) so you never miss out.

How does shipping work?

Your monthly tee will ship after production each month. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, or you may choose local pickup when available. We'll send tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Can I pick up my order locally?

Yes! Local pickup is available for those in the Idaho Falls area. Simply select Local Pickup at checkout, and we'll notify you when your order is ready.
